At Paradox Escape Room, our sole mission is to ensure that you and your group have an incredibly fun time from start to finish. However, there are always things that can go wrong that are out of anyone's control.
For example, despite the best laid out plans, we may have an equipment malfunction. Depending on the severity the malfunction has on your game, we may issue a full or partial refund or we may offer to compensate you in another way, such as bringing your group back to try one of our other rooms at no cost to you.
On your end, you may end up getting sick or getting a flat tire on your way here. We understand that life happens and, in such situations, we will issue a code to you that can be used to book the game again at another time at no cost to you. If, however, you simply don't show up at your scheduled time, we do not offer any form of compensation. The reason for this is, if your group is booked at a specific time, no one else is able to book that time and, if you don't show, we have no way to make up for the lost revenue from that room.
We make every effort to ensure you can make it here at your scheduled time, including sending an email reminder 4 hours before your scheduled booking.
